Print quality guarantee

Every print is produced using archival pigment inks on museum-quality paper, rated to resist fading for over 100 years. Framed prints ship in solid wood frames with UV-protective acrylic glazing.

Each order is individually inspected before shipping. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.

To report a defective or damaged print, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will take care of it immediately.

Returns & refunds

Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This is standard practice for fine art print stores.

We do cover: prints that arrive damaged in transit, prints with production defects, and orders lost in shipping.

We do not cover: buyer's remorse, incorrect size or format selected at checkout, or damage caused after delivery.

Shipping

All orders ship within the United States. Shipping is included in the price of every print — there are no additional fees at checkout.

Orders are fulfilled within 2–4 business days of payment. Standard delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–9 business days from order to delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Prints are packaged in rigid mailers or boxes designed to prevent damage in transit.

Framed prints

Framed prints ship fully assembled in solid wood frames with UV-protective acrylic glazing, ready to hang. Due to their size and weight, framed prints may take 1–2 additional business days to ship.
